‘Celadon’, a famous type of ancient Chinese stoneware, came into being during the period of the Five Dynasties (907-960BC). Its distinctive style is characterised by a Jade like glaze and simple but refined shapes.

The wood ash glaze is free from lead and has a strong resistance to marking and scratching – it is so durable!
