Pricing and payment


Our fee is between 8-10% of the cost of the total cost of products ordered.
Unlike other Agencies, we do not mark up prices. You will buy direct from the supplier at wholesale prices using our supplier relationships.

All prices quoted are in $USD and are
(i) exclusive of freight, duties and Taxes;
(ii) subject to change and fluctuations according to exchange rates.

All goods to be paid in full prior to delivery. Some products require a down payment or deposit prior to production.

Payment may be made by EFT internet banking. We do not accept credit card payments.

Please note that due to the nature of some hand made products, all weights and sizes quoted are approximate and may vary slightly.


Shipping

We have a comprehensive list of Air and Sea carriers and discount pricing.
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Check with your local Customs office and importation regaulations. We can assist in this area.
